Our educational philosophy is inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach, recognising children as capable, confident, and active participants in their own learning. At Little Lane Brookvale, we are dedicated to fostering each child’s individual identity, wellbeing, and sense of belonging. Our programs are thoughtfully designed to support holistic development and encourage a lifelong engagement with learning through play-based, inquiry-led experiences.
We offer a range of enriching extracurricular experiences designed to complement our core educational program. These include sport, yoga, music, and sustainability-focused initiatives, all of which are integrated into the weekly curriculum. These programs support children’s physical wellbeing, creativity, environmental awareness, and social development, while also providing opportunities to explore new interests and skills in a structured and engaging way.

As Centre Manager at Little Lane Brookvale, I am committed to delivering high-quality early childhood education and care within a supportive, inclusive, and well-structured environment. My focus is on creating a centre where every child feels safe, valued, and confident as they learn and grow.
With a strong background in early childhood education, I am passionate about building and leading a team of dedicated educators who share a commitment to excellence. I work closely with our team to ensure we maintain high standards of practice, foster continuous improvement, and provide a consistent, nurturing experience for all children in our care.
I place great importance on developing genuine, respectful relationships with families. Open communication and collaboration are at the core of my approach, and I strive to create a community where families feel connected, informed, and supported throughout their child’s learning journey.
I take a hands-on leadership approach and am deeply invested in the day-to-day life of the centre. My goal is to ensure that Little Lane Brookvale is a place where children thrive, educators feel empowered, and families have complete confidence in the care and education we provide.
